05:00 AM – Start early from Kolkata by an Air-Conditioned Car/Van. Enjoy a refreshing 3.5-hour drive through scenic rural Bengal to Godkhali Ferry Ghat, the last road point in mainland India before entering the Sundarbans.
08:30 AM – Board your cruise boat and enjoy a warm welcome breakfast and tea at our riverside resort. After breakfast, the adventure begins as you sail towards Sajnekhali, the gateway to the Sundarban Tiger Reserve. Upon arrival, complete the forest entry permissions and meet your authorized forest guide.
Your thrilling Sundarban jungle cruise now begins! Glide through serene rivers and narrow creeks surrounded by dense mangrove forests. Visit two of the region’s famous watchtowers — Sajnekhali and Sudhanyakhali, known for frequent wildlife sightings.
During your journey, you’ll have the chance to spot spotted deer, wild boars, crocodiles, monitor lizards, dolphins, and if luck favors, the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. Keep your camera ready to capture vibrant bird species like kingfishers, egrets, herons, and brahminy kites.
A freshly prepared Bengali lunch will be served onboard around 3:00 PM, as you return leisurely towards the resort. All boats are equipped with clean Indian and Western-style toilets for your comfort.
04:00 PM – Arrive back at Godkhali, board your vehicle, and begin your return journey to Kolkata.
